Terms of Service
By using MyCircle, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — especially how circle membership and contact details work.

Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MyCircle. By creating an account, joining a circle, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for ensuring that sharing your contact details in a circle is appropriate for you.
What MyCircle provides
MyCircle provides tools to create circles, invite members, maintain a searchable member directory, and contact other members by phone. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.
MyCircle is not an emergency service. In an emergency, contact local emergency services first.
Your account
- You are responsible for activity under your account
- Keep your sign-in credentials secure through your identity provider
- Provide accurate information in your member profiles
- Do not impersonate others or create accounts for abusive purposes
Circles and member profiles
When you join a circle and add a profile, you understand that other members of that circle can see the information you submit (including your phone number) and may contact you. Only join circles you trust.
Circle hosts are responsible for who they invite and how they use invite links. Hosts should not publish member contact details outside the circle without consent.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use MyCircle to harass, spam, or threaten others
- Scrape, bulk-export, or resell member contact data from circles
- Share invite links publicly if the circle is meant to stay private
- Upload false medical, professional, or contact information
- Attempt to break into circles you were not invited to
- Use the service for unlawful discrimination or exploitation
- Disrupt or attack the service (including malware or automated abuse)
Content and responsibility
You retain responsibility for the information you add to MyCircle. We do not verify professions, blood groups, or availability. Members use the directory at their own judgment.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to other users or the service.
Disclaimer of warranties
MyCircle is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accurate search results, or that any member will respond to a request for help.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyCircle and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on member profiles or contact outcomes between members.
Termination
You may stop using MyCircle at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. Provisions that should survive termination (such as acceptable use and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes may be communicated through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of your MyCircle deployment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you operate MyCircle for your own community, you may need to adapt this section for your jurisdiction.
